Jonathan was born on October 25, 1979 to Michael and Linda Tidwell in San Bernardino, California. Early in life he moved to Raymond, Washington where he grew up and graduated high school. He later entered the Marines Corps on active duty. Following September 11, 2001 Jonathan enlisted in the United States Army where he worked as a Bradley Mechanic. He has deployed twice to Iraq, once with the 3rd ACR out of Fort Carson, Colorado and the second time with the 1 - 36 Infantry Battalion our of Freiburg, Germany. He served the military proudly and with his head held up high. Jonathan was a great leader and set an example for others to follow.
